GATRITY Eye Drop contains Gatifloxacin 0.3% w/v, an advanced fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic with a unique dual mechanism of action targeting both DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. This provides superior bactericidal activity and excellent ocular tissue penetration.
