NEFARITY Eye Drop contains Nepafenac 0.1%, a unique and innovative prodrug NSAID specifically designed for ophthalmic use. Unlike conventional NSAIDs, Nepafenac is an inactive prodrug that rapidly penetrates through the cornea and is then bioactivated by intraocular hydrolases into its active metabolite — Amfenac — directly within the eye.
